We can also find answers of responders with respect to each question. This may sound trivial but it can be very useful according to its use. In our scenario for quiz, we can see where students are lacking and can focus on that part. It will also be useful for customer support forms because it will tell us where our customers are having problems and fix it to keep improving products.
