Hello, today we will learn how to import themes to Google Slides. Now, as we learned, importing themes from images in Google Data Studio is not what we have got in Google Slides. Slides don’t allow us to export themes from an image like Google Data Studio. Here, we can import themes from another presentation only. But we have some other theme options here, we can customize the master theme and change all the colors of the theme to make a new custom theme. We can also change themes, customize them, and use them. In today’s article, we will learn how to import themes to Google Slides from PowerPoint files, or slides files, and how to change themes in Google Slides. So, let’s move forward.
Why importing Theme is important in Google Slides?
We have so many themes and templates available in Google slides, and we mostly use them to create our presentations, but what if we need to create a presentation from scratch and start with a blank template because we have so much custom data to be added to this presentation file? So, what we can do is we can copy themes, in technical terms, we can import themes from other presentations that are already being created in our dashboard.
So, for making a blank presentation template more designable and more attractive for the audience we can easily import themes from the presentation files in our computer memory or even from other sources like Google Drive. We cannot import a theme from an image like Google Data Studio. Most presentations have more than one theme, so when we choose a presentation to import a theme from it, we have all the available themes to import any of them.
Let’s move forward and learn step-by-step how to import themes to Google Slides.
